The Scene is set in the Main Hall of Talbot Manor, on the edge of Dartmoor, October 31st  1934.  

It is a dark and stormy night and they have had problems with the electricity again!  The Manor is lit by candlelight and quite eerie.  Marcus Talbot is the Master of the Manor, his brother Mason has been missing for 7 years and the family Solicitor is expected for a reading of his Will.  There is a lot of activity going on with various unexpected visitors arriving, due to the nearby bridge collapsing into the murky swamp and their vehicles being swept away by the storm water. The dippy and fragile maid does her best to accommodate everyone, but her nerves get the better of her, the butler is a bit slow in more ways than one, and a bit creepy!!!  If he does not take to you, watch out, he has his way of getting his message across.  Unfortunately there is a tragic accident at the Manor, but then again it may be Murder, why not come along and take part in solving 'The Mystery of Talbot Manor'..................
